: Farrukh Seyar, CPA
Mr. Seyar has 13 years of accounting and tax experience and specializes in tax planning and in client representation before the  IRS and the Comptroller of Public Accounts in State of Texas. Mr. Seyar consults in Federal, State, Franchise and Sales Tax matters. Mr. Seyar has a Masters in Business Administration.

Mr. Farooqi has 12 years of accounting and tax experience. Mr. Farooqi’s concentration is in tax  planning, accounting services and representing clients before the IRS and the Comptroller ofPublic Accounts in State of Texas. Mr. Farooqi graduated with accounting and MIS from Houston Baptist University.

: Larry Herman, CPA, CFP
Mr. Herman has been helping individuals, professionals, and small business owners with wealth management issues for over 20 years. As a Certified Financial Planner, his advice and service for investments, asset protection, insurance, retirement plans, taxes, and estate planning provide peace of mind for his clients about these important and complex areas. He has also been a small business owner, and an accounting manager for Honeywell. He has a B.S. in accounting from the University of Detroit.

: Nadeem Ahmed, Principal
Mr. Nadeem Ahmed has over 10 years of tax and business consulting experience. He has assisted closely held companies with a wide range of tax compliance and tax planning issues, including consolidated federal and multi-state taxes, business valuation, Like-Kind exchanges, new business planning, and sale of assets.

: Sohail Ali, Director Sales Tax Group
Sohail is presently the Director - Sales Tax Group specializing in consulting on state sales tax issues including audit representation. He supervised the firms` contract with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts for conducting sales tax audits on behalf of the Texas Comptroller for 3 years. He served the firm as its CEO from 2004 to 2006.

: M.R. Yousuf, CPA, CFP
M. R. Yousuf, our Tax Partner, has been dealing with IRS issues since 1984. He also assists clients in the implementation of SAP and other software and has manged accounting and finance in the oil industry. Mr. Yousuf holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and is a CFPR professional.
